Mother Nature – Marching Band Show

1 min read

“Mother Nature” is a marching band show inspired by the sounds and images of the natural world around us. From the peaceful and sunny springtime day, to the winter winds, harsh storms, the wonders of a fresh winter snowfall, and the calming and serene nature of the night…this show explores all of the amazing wonders of Mother Nature. This show is made for a medium to large sized marching band and is at a Grade 3 out of 5 difficulty. This show is versatile with tempos and can be easily customized depending on the ensemble’s capabilities and size.

This show also features a pre-show and a short intro featuring a variation of Edvard Grieg’s “Morning Mood” (which is in the public domain). Because the rest of this show is all original music, it is much more affordable due to not needing to secure any additional rights for use.

Please feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think! I have been arranging for a few years now and this was another fun weekend project that I tackled. The follow programs were used:

Finale 27
Play 6 by EastWest
Note Performer 3
Kontakt 6

Featured Sound Libraries:
Note Performer 3 (Winds and some Percussion)
Garritan and VDLite (Battery Percussion and some Front Ensemble)
EastWest Studios (Piano)
