Today we’re going to go full force on one method of working on the double stroke roll. There are so many different ways that you can attack the double stroke roll, and one of my favorites is reducing the rebound from either the surface or the implement. Do both, and you’ll have quite the workout, and your doubles will thank you for it. This is the type of thing that I’ve been doing for my whole life, and I think my double stroke rolls are okay.
