So I’m sure you’ve wondered what Drum Corps and Independent groups are looking for when you go audition for them. I’m sure you’re thinking things like, well, they want the most talented people and the most experienced. While that is certainly true and talent and experience often times go hand in hand as well, there are some other intangibles you may not be considering.
