Holding this one back since August 27, 2021 until competition season ended! This video captures the 360º view by the GoPro Max 360 mounted on one of the Tenor Drums!

The 2021 Oak Mountain High School Band show was titled “The Wild Wild West” and featured music from “The Magnificent Seven”, “William Tell Overture”, “Shenandoah”, and “Silverado”.

The band competed in the Lake Martin Invitational (October 2, 2021), the Pell City Marching Festival (October 16, 2021), and as shown here the Hoover Invitational Marching Festival (October 23, 2021). The 2021 Band was the largest in school history with 254 on the field and for the first time in school history the band competed in three competitions and won all three. The 2021 Oak Mountain Band earned the highest scores over all 77 other bands at these three competitions.

Congratulations to the 254 Outstanding Men and Women of the Oak Mountain High School Spirit of Cahaba Marching Band, Directors and Staff, all the parents and volunteers who contribute their time and talents to making a great band program! This was a special season and we are all so proud of these students for their accomplishments.
