When I was in high school, we hyped on Drum Corps and tried to emulate them. When I was teaching high school groups, I tried to get the students to hype on Drum Corps and get them to emulate it. But can a high school Marching Band Program ever be as good as a Drum Corps? If not, what can Marching Band groups learn from Drum Corps so they can close the gap?
