Decided to do this topic since someone in the comments section brought it up and I definitely have my own experience with bias and favoritism so why not!

Bias and favoritism does happen in Drumline, Marching Band, Drum Corps AND in the real world, so I’m happy to offer my thoughts and hopefully everyone watching can learn something from it 🙂
